Needed some help due to our alarm malfunctioning at 11pm on a Sunday night. They came out quickly (within about 20 minutes), and a really friendly and helpful electrician and sort the issue. Stayed to make sure it was fully resolved and gave good advice on how to avoid issue in the future. If I needed an electrician they would now be the first place I would call. Thanks for the help!

This is just another confirmation of the other 5 star reviews with regards to the unbelievably high level of professional and technical knowledge and assistance. They couldn't get a technician over and we had an emergency and instead of just leaving us to it they provided us with guidance help and assistance over the phone talking us through so that we could have some power, following a burst pipe this morning which tripped our electrics. The level of service shows they care and want to help people. I am so impressed to find a company that truly goes above and beyond. Thank you so much

I cannot express my gratitude to Adam and his team for his work on my house. There was an issue with the oven in which the fuse box kept switching off as I attempted to use this, however when they arrived at 5pm they found a massive issue with the fuse box and the power was completely gone. Adam felt inclined to delay fixing this, knowing he had to go out and get the appropriate part and come back to fix it all evening. They worked tirelessly till 12:15am and were really nice, pleasant guys who did their best for me in a difficult situation. Adam did a great job explaining the process and any safety issues. They provided excellent service and sacrifice doing a difficult job in pitch black! Despite the time they also took their time in order to deliver real quality work, for which I am very grateful for. I cannot recommend them enough; they were brilliant!

Wow! I'm the first to complain about poor service, especially from tradesman so I thought it only right to write a review about these guys. I need a new electric box fitted urgently and not only did they manage to do it the same day (3.5 hours work!) but they were £150 cheaper than other quotes. To top it off the main guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the guys that worked at our house were unbelievable, they were polite, tidy and even took delivery of a number of parcels for me. I certainly will not be using any other company for any electric issues going forward. Thanks guys, a job very well done!

Incredible experience from start to finish and will definitely be using this business for any future work I need. Very professional, on time and did an incredible job to a high standard. Adam went above and beyond as the work turned out to be more difficult than initially expected. However, Adam still got the job done despite the difficulty which is very rare to find in this filed. Excellent Service. Adam and his co workers replaced our consumer unit, fitted a cooker and replaced all of the light fittings in the house. He fitted us in rather quickly as it was urgent. Friendly and approachable, it was clear from the beginning that Adam knew his profession intricately, and was happy to answer all of my questions. I was introduced to Adam through my builder and the entire experience was brilliant. Adam was v. professional & the work was done at a high quality. When I booked Adam for a quote, he arrived on time with a 1 hr warning (as requested). He was able to give suggestions & I would consistently ask him questions to get his opinion & he was always honest. This is where his experience was evident. During the work, I left Adam with the keys knowing that I could trust him. After the work was done, the after service was excellent. He was keen to meet me at the house & discuss the work. I would highly recommend 786 Electrical and in particular Adam Litt the Lead Electrician. I arranged to meet them at my flat at short notice and they arrived on time. They provided the quote and contract the same day. They worked late over a weekend to meet my deadlines. They are competent, professional and importantly excellent value for money. The whole three man team were polite and respectful and worked tidily with minimum of disruption. They cleaned up and vacuum cleaned at end of job. They lived up to their buzz line 'Quality & Reliable'. They exceeded my expectations and were pleasant working in my home.
